Computer Information Systems
Computer Information Systems trains students in the use and maintenance of computer systems in today’s high-tech environment. Students will be provided with the knowledge and training to prepare them for entry-level employment opportunities in the Information Technology industry. Training occurs in computer repair, hardware and software maintenance, local area network setup and maintenance, client/server setup and maintenance, and web page design. Students also receive training in Cybersecurity, Windows Server implementation, and Javascript programming language. This class prepares students with the foundations to achieve a variety of IT certifications.
