Career
After my graduation from Blue Hills, I attended The Culinary Institute of America in their four year program. Upon completion of my degree I returned to Boston to work at The Four Seasons Hotel. I was given the opportunity to transfer to the The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco to assist in their opening. After a few years in California, I was transferred to the South of France to work at the Four Seasons Provence au Terre Blanche. After two years, I eventually left the South of France and moved to Paris where I spent eight years working in various Michelin starred restaurants under French Master Chefs.
