Brief job description: In-Home Therapeutic Community Case Manager. Main office in Randolph, Offsite offices in Dorchester, Medford Massachusetts. Direct Care staff based on the program they work in are designated to regions, travel for work at patient homes, school and within the community would be required.  In-Home Therapy Case Manager works with a Master Level Clinician for services provided in the home and community with parent/ caregiver and children/ adolescents within a team. Assist in providing on going assessment Dialectic Behavioral Therapy Skills within a Family stabilization, care coordination and collaboration, conflict resolution, cultural, linguistic competence and patient center strength based practices. Also works with Master and Doctor level clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team including both professional and paraprofessional staff. Maintain client records daily for auditing and updates demographic information and providing coordination of care outreach and therapeutic support for behavioral health needs into clinic programs. Serve as patient’s advocate, assessing and assuring that quality care is given. Brief job description:  CAD / Engineering Technician.  Typical Duties and Responsibilities - The role will involve working with our CAD Manager and engineering staff, to help provide CAD drawing support for our design drawings and reports.  This will include setting up the basic drawing and bringing in other drawings and creating various iterations of design plans. It will also include working in Civil 3D to provide final survey from point files created from hydrographic and topographic surveys.  Other tasks include creating and managing databases, working with GIS and mapping tools, and occasional fieldwork including supporting survey and dive crews.
